I ordered Lagman sauteed and steamed wrapped dough (I forgot its name) and took them home. I ate them the next day. Their taste are still fresh and delicious. The noodles were handmade and cooked al dente. Even though I ate the next day, they are still chewy and tender.
The only thing I regret was not to order more takeaways.

The most pleasant surprise I had in Dijon - to eat Uyghur food. It's a tiny place, but the food was so delicious and the man who runs this place is literally a "one man show". He was even open on a Sunday, which we appreciate a lot. We loved every dish that we ordered. It was incredible. Highly recommend this gem!

We had a very delicious lagman! The owner is very nice. Sadly we stayed in Dijon just for one night, otherwise we’d surely come back again!

Amazing authentic food. Great place for a exotic food experience in Dijon. Open kitchen with only two tables inside. We took the take away option and ate in a park close by. A good option. Mantis have been delicious and Lagman saute have been also enourmously flavourful. Soft drinks are available as well. But be aware: cash only.

Although it is a very small place. We thought we try it because of the high ratings. It did not disappoint. Lagman saute was fantastic, the noodles remind me of then ones I had in a silk road tour years ago. It had an al dente feel. The owner/chef is from Kazakhstan and is a great cook. I would urge everyone in the area to try it.

Delicious food with plenty of veggie options. I was also thrilled to discover that I hadn’t lost my phone, but merely dropped her in the toilet. Bit of hand gel and she was right as rain. Lovely night with friends xx

Fresh, fresh, fresh! We particularly love the lagman saute. The noodles are handmade, the vegetables sauteed perfectly, and the whole dish was flavorful. The two gentlemen working there were so kind to us, we actually interrupted their late afternoon dinner break, graciously abandoning their own meal to prepare ours. If you're looking for authentic Ouighour/Uighur food we don't think you could do better. 🙂

I had the noodles with vegetables, sweet peppers, onions, celery and as a special treat wood ears. Wood ears are a frilly fungus and they are fun to eat. The prices are reasonably and the portions are good. The food is delicious.

Delicious! Had the Laghman (meat & vegetables over pulled noodles) and asked for spicy. This was such a flavorful dish. The veggies were perfectly crunchy and it had just the right amount of heat. They made a veggie Laghman for our vegetarian companion & she loved it. Would definitely recommend. Super friendly as well. There are only two tables inside, but most people take to go. Cash only on Sundays.
